︎ Laura Tripaldi


Laura Tripaldi is a writer and independent researcher working at the intersection of science, technology, and contemporary humanities. Her research interests focus on non-human agency, material intelligences, feminist philosophy of science, and the relationship between bodies and technologies. She holds a PhD in Materials Science and Nanotechnology. She has taught seminars, courses, and theoretical and practical workshops in numerous academic and cultural institutions worldwide, including The New Centre for Research and Practice and Medialab Matadero in Madrid. Her book Parallel Minds. Discovering the Intelligence of Materials was published in 2022 by Urbanomic. Her latest book Gender Tech will be published by Laterza in 2023. She is the curator of the webzine Not (NERO Editions) and of the newsletter Soft Futures.
